Join me Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings on Zoom at 8am pacific time for a feel good flow. We’ll start off with a brief centering meditation and work our way mindfully to a slow-paced but heat-building flow just in time for a cool down into a well-deserved savasana. Students are encouraged to stay attuned to their bodies’ unique needs on any given day, and to take any version of a pose or practice pace that works for them. This class is suitable for all ages and bodies.
